We recommend you book your helicopter/s well in advance to avoid disappointment. Once you have your wedding plans, even if you don’t have a set time let us know so we can book you in as dates fill up fast.

The Robinson R44 is a four seat helicopter, including the pilot. A comfortable, modern helicopter, which is ideal when only the bride, groom and photographer need to be transported to location.
We are happy to pick up and drop off via helicopter at a range of venues within the Wanaka region. An additional charge of $500 per helicopter applies. Additional standby time will be charged as $100 for 15 minutes, then $150 per half hour.
Additional charges apply for departures outside standard operating hours. Departures before 8.00am and after 6.00pm are an additional $1000. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
We can offer your guests a speccial discount of 10% off any of our flights (minimum of 2 people) while they are in Wanaka for your wedding. Just ask them to quote your name and date of your wedding when they book. We would love the opportunity to show them the beauty of Wanaka.
